1. What this service is
BusinessLogoCreator ("we", "us") generates logo concepts and brand kits using AI models. Free use produces watermarked previews and a shareable kit page. The paid Brand Kit ($29, one-time) delivers full-resolution files, vector SVGs, a brand sheet, and the license below. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Fair use of the free generator
Free generation is limited (currently 4 kits per person per day) and protected against automated abuse. Don't script against the service, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing dataset. We may block traffic that ignores this.
3. The license on purchased kits
When you buy a kit you receive a perpetual, worldwide license for unlimited commercial and personal use of the delivered files, with the right to modify them, and no attribution required. To the maximum extent permitted by law we assign you the rights we hold in the files, and we never resell your kit. You may not redistribute the files as stock, templates, or a competing generator product. The full text ships in your kit as LICENSE.txt.
4. The honest limits of AI-generated design
Three things we say plainly rather than in fine print: (a) AI-rendered preview images can occasionally misspell or distort text - the vector SVG files in the paid kit are generated as real text with exact spelling; (b) the copyright status of AI-generated artwork varies by jurisdiction, so the degree of exclusive protection available to you may vary; (c) we do not perform trademark searches, and a delivered kit is not legal clearance to register a mark. Consult a trademark professional before registering.
5. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If you're not happy with a purchased kit for any reason, reply to your receipt (or contact us) within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Statutory refund rights in your country remain unaffected.
6. Your content
You confirm the business name and details you submit don't infringe anyone's rights, and you don't get to use the generator to create hateful, deceptive, or unlawful branding. Kits that request such content are refused by the system.
7. Availability & liability
The service depends on third-party AI providers and is offered "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. Material changes apply going forward, never retroactively to a kit you already bought.
